Crystal fires first came to prominence in 1990, and their innovative 'living flame' concept for gas fires took the market by storm. Since then, they have gone from strength to strength and now offer an extensive collection of traditional and contemporary fires to suit any home. More recently they have introduced a range of glass-fronted and hole-in-the-wall fires.

They offer four different types of fuel bed effect: coal, log, campfire, and pebbles. All Crystal fires are able to be controlled manually or via the fully sequential remote control that comes as standard.

Crystal fires have an impressive 2.4kW heat output and the company continue to look at ways of boosting the efficiency of their products whilst at the same time reducing their environmental impact. All Crystal fires are designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and packed in Great Britain, and come with a five-year guarantee.

Fixing Kit

The Crystal fire fixing kit consists of a number of key tools to help fix a number of basic problems with a Crystal fire. However, as all Crystal fires come with a 5-year guarantee, if you have an issue before the 5th anniversary of your purchase, you should first contact Crystal directly before attempting any repairs.

Replacement coals for Crystal fires

If you are fortunate enough to have a Crystal fire in your home, you are likely to need new coal for Crystal fire installations at some point. Replacement coals for Crystal fires are available in a variety of pack sizes, with the 'full' set of replacement coal for Crystal fire models including either 40 coal pieces, or a new front and rear matrix plus 12 individual coal pieces (depending on the model of the fire). The rear and front matrix coal for a Crystal fire can also be bought separately.
