Dektite

Dektite roof flashing (from DEKS Industries) is highly versatile and can be used on all metal, glass, and plastic roofs of any profile.

Thanks to the unique EPDM formulation, the flashing can cope with a wide range of temperatures without degradation. Dektite roof flashing can be used on chimneys and flues, and can also be used in cyclonic areas (with additional fittings). Dektite EPDM flashing is also resistant to ember attacks and does not support the spread of flames.

This flashing can be used on tiled or slate roofs, together with hybrid polymer sealant/adhesive. It can also be painted (with 100% acrylic paints) in a variety of colours following installation.

The flashing can also deal with square penetrations through the roof. Dektite Combo Square flashing is designed especially to allow for retrofit applications as well as new installations using special clips and is suitable for square penetrations of between 20 and 125milimetres. For larger square penetrations, Fast Flash or DekStrip Perform are recommended.
