Halstead Spares
Halstead began making boilers in 1975, in the Essex town of the same name, and gained a reputation for reliability and good value. There are still many working Halstead boilers that are over twenty years old. The business was taken over by Glen Dimplex in 2004 who relocated them to Liverpool in 2009 but still continued making Halstead branded boilers, notably the Ace and Eden families, and introduced new ones like the Club 18 and iHeat. The name and division were officially wound up in 2020 but thanks to their longevity, there will continue to be a need for Halstead boiler spares for years to come.
We carry parts for these models as well as the Hero, Finest, Buckingham, Bentley, Blenheim, Barlo, Balmoral, Best, Boss, Jetstreme, Heatmaster, Quattro and Sinclair. Although reliable, some items are in high demand, for example the Halstead Best 50 fan, the Halstead Finest Gold fan assembly and the Halstead Hero 50 fan. The Halstead Best 50 fan is often the cause of ignition lockouts.
We usually have the following components available; Halstead Best 50 fan, Halstead Hero 50 fan, diverter valves, valve diaphragms, heat exchangers, expansion vessels, ignition controls, insulation materials, flow manifolds, knobs and dials, mounts, clips, micro-switches, baffles, tubes and hoses, electrodes, burners, gauges, probes, thermistors, cut-off devices, pressure switches, injectors and PCBs.
Some parts are easily substituted with good quality generic components from Honeywell and some Halstead models are similar to Sime boilers. Call us if you need help locating a part.
