Now part of the Genuit Group Plc, Polypipe is focused on producing and delivering climate management and engineered water solutions for use in the built environment. They specialise in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Polypipe service pipes
Polypipe MDPE service pipes are available in diameters from 20 to 63mm and are designed to connect individual properties to distribution mains. They are kitemarked to BS EN 12201. Blue and black pipes are available, although blue is most commonly used. Most Polypipe MDPE pipe can be used for potable or non-potable water applications. All service pipes are available in a range of coil sizes ranging from 25 to 150 metres. Service pipes can be jointed using Polyfast fittings.
Polyfast fittings
The Polyfast range of fittings offers an economical way of jointing MDPE, LDPE, HDPE, polyethylene, copper, lead, PVCu, and galvanised steel pipework.
Polypipe MDPE fittings
Polypipe MDPE fittings include: end plugs, straight couplers, slip/repair couplers, stopcocks, 90-degree equal elbows, wall plate flange elbows, equal tees, branch centre tees, female adaptors, male adaptors, reducers, and more. All Polypipe MDPE fittings are designed to last and to enhance and improve any plumbing system.
Polypipe PolyFit 15mm Equal Tee
The Polypipe 15mm tee is made from polybutylene, features a stainless steel grab ring, and is supplied with pre-lubricated EPDM 'O' rings. It is suitable for use in soft or hard water areas, and offers high reliability thanks to its tried and tested product design. It can be used in hot and cold water supply, as well as part of radiator and floor heating installations. It can only be demounted by disassembling (reducing potential for tampering), and can form a key part of a flexible, yet highly secure, plumbing system.
Polypipe end returns
Polypipe's underfloor heating end returns incorporate a channel for the routing of pipework to multiple circuits. These are placed at the end of the overlay floor panels to enable the pipe to continue down the relevant, adjacent groove.
