Purewater

If tap water is so safe, why is it that kettles fur up, washing machines break down and windows are impossible to clean with it? Our water companies do what they can but it isn't always enough. On the other hand, spring water is supplied in plastic bottles and barrels, posing a range of other health and environmental issues. The answer for many commercial and public consumers is point-of-use water purification.

Modern purification equipment can overcome bigger challenges than those posed by British tap water. With the right equipment, you can produce safe sweet water from brackish wells or even sea water and in quantities from a few litres to hundreds of thousands of litres. In-line water purification of mains water is sufficient in some scenarios while others - such as backpackers and window cleaners - need mobile units. Commercial enterprises ranging from restaurants and laundries to bottling plants and farms need a purpose-designed Purewater storage tank to deliver it quickly when needed.

The most popular Purewater storage tank solutions are Purewater GRP tanks. Purewater GRP tanks are constructed from Glass(fibre) Reinforced Plastics that are lightweight and do not leech contaminants. They contain no internal crevices or imperfections where microbes can fester. They are equipped with the necessary portals and connectors for pumps, filters, inspection covers, valves and sensors and can be laminated with additional layers to provide extra chemical resistance, temperature insulation or other features.

For large scale applications, consider Purewater GRP sectional tanks. Purewater GRP sectional tanks make installation easier and can store unlimited purified water. Purewater GRP tanks and Purewater GRP sectional tanks can drastically extend the life of plant equipment, reduce energy costs (1mm of scale adds 7% to fuel bills) and improve your quality control.
