Reliance water controls TPR15

The Reliance Water Controls TPR15 is a compact temperature and pressure relief valve. It is designed to offer extra protection against over-pressurisation in unvented hot water systems. This can sometimes occur due to pressure control or input temperature failures. The Reliance Water Controls TPR15 valve is designed to be able to deal with high temperatures and reduce pressure inside the cylinder. It can be fitted to the upper portion of the cylinder. If the water pressure increases, the TPR15 will stay closed until the set pressure is reached - at which point it reopens and relieves the excess pressure.

These valves are available in different sizes (hose connection and tank opening) and different shank lengths. The valves are suitable for all residential water heaters and are made from reinforced fibreglass or plastic (depending on the model).
