The GWS Challenger series of maintenance-free water tanks are suitable for a wide range of applications, including irrigation systems, well systems, booster systems, hydronic heating expansion, thermal expansion, hydraulic hammer arresting, and ultra-filtration systems.
The Challenger series of tanks are available in capacities of between 60 and 450 Litres (15.8-118.9 Gallons). These tanks feature a chlorine resistant 100% butyl diaphragm, a two-part polyurethane epoxy primed paint finish (ensuring UV and salt-spray protection), and a moulded copolymer polypropylene liner for optimum air and water separation. The air chamber is sealed using closed cell foam and an O-ring in order to prevent leaks. The tank base is replaceable and the tank shell is made from carbon steel.
As with all of their products, the Challenger tanks are extensively tested at various stages to ensure optimal structural integrity. All GWS products also come with extensive warranties. Challenger tanks are regarded as some of the best steel pressure vessels available on the market today.
When it comes to getting these products from us, we offer next day delivery on most items if they are ordered before 2pm (subject to stock levels and location). Alternatively, we have branches in Rochdale and Morecambe from where you can collect your items if you are local/passing through the area.
